Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 8-inch round cake pans.
2.In a medium bowl, cream together 1 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.

4.Beat in ½ cup hot cocoa mix, 1 cup self-rising flour, and ¼ cup cocoa powder.

7.Cool the cakes completely, then remove from the pans.
8.In a medium bowl, cream ½ cup butter until light and fluffy.
9.Gradually add in 2 cups powdered sugar and ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream.
10.Beat until smooth.
11.Place one cake layer on a platter and spread a layer of the frosting over it.
12.Add the second layer and frost the top and sides of the cake.
13.Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 tablespoon corn syrup.
14.Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the cake and serve.
