1 can black beans , drained and rinsed
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can red enchilada sauce
8 corn tortillas
2 cups cheddar cheese or 2 cups Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

4.Layer four corn tortillas over the sauce, overlapping slightly to cover the entire bottom of the dish.
5.Spread half of the chicken and bean mixture over the tortillas.
6.Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the chicken mixture.
7.Repeat layering with remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and 1 more cup of cheese.
8.Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and spread evenly.
9.Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
10.Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
11.Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
