1 can tomatoes with juice
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cilantro
1/2 small carrot , minced
1/8 cup frozen peas

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice.
2.Saute the onions, garlic and red bell pepper in the olive oil and butter until the onion is translucent and the pepper is tender.
3.Add the rice and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
4.Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in the water and add to the rice with the tomatoes, pepper, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, carrots, and peas.
