2 tablespoons butter , melted

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and salt until light and frothy.
2.Gradually add flour and whisk until smooth.

5.Add a ladleful of batter onto the skillet, swirling to cover the entire pan evenly.
6.Cook for about 30-45 seconds on one side or until golden brown, then flip the crepe and cook for another 15-30 seconds.
7.Repeat the process, stacking the finished crepes on a plate.
