4 cups frozen corn kernels , thawed
6 ounces wide egg noodles

2/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 hard-cooked eggs , chopped

Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, place chicken, onion, peppercorns, celery salt, and saffron with 12 cups water
2.Bring to a boil
3.Skim off foam from the surface of the soup
4.Reduce heat to medium-low
5.Cook for 1 hour.
6.Remove chicken from soup and allow it to cool
7.Shred chicken into small pieces and set aside
8.Strain the cooking liquid and reserve
9.Add corn to the cooking liquid and bring to a boil
10.Add noodles and white pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
