6 cups broad rice noodles , cooked and still hot
peanuts , chopped ( optional )

Instructions

1.Toast szechuan peppercorns in a dry skillet until fragrant. Grind and set aside.

5.Remove beef and set aside. Strain the soup to remove any impurities.
6.Cook broad rice noodles according to package directions. Divide the noodles among serving bowls.
7.Slice the beef and add to the bowls. Pour over the hot soup. Garnish with peanuts and chili oil, if desired.
