2 teaspoons olive oil
1 brown onion ( medium cut into wedges )
250 g zucchini ( cut into cubes )
250 g yellow squash ( quartered )
250 g cherry tomatoes ( halved )
4 lamb leg steaks ( trimmed of fat )

Instructions
