Ingredients

4 -6 shoulder lamb chops , one per person
1 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 pinch cayenne pepper
salt , to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup onion , chopped
6 garlic cloves , chopped
1 cup white wine
1 can tomatoes , crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
4 -6 slices mozzarella cheese , one slice per person

Instructions
