400 g lean lamb , minced
1 large carrot , diced
1/2 cup peas ( frozen are fine )
1 large potato , cut into 1cm cubes
1 tablespoon coriander leaves , roughly chopped

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry them until they turn golden brown.

3.Add cumin seed, chili powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin, curry powder, and salt. Stir well.
4.Add minced lamb and cook for 8-10 minutes until it is browned.
5.Add diced carrots, peas, and potato cubes. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
6.Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
