Ingredients

1 lb lamb , cut into cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1/2 tablespoon oregano
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

1.Mix together the olive oil, chicken stock powder, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano in a bowl.

3.Let the lamb sit for at least 20 minutes or overnight, if possible.
4.When you’re ready to cook the kebabs, preheat the grill to high heat.
5.Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers and grill, turning occasionally until cooked to your liking.
6.While the kebabs are cooking, mix together the plain yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice in a separate bowl to make the yoghurt sauce.
7.Serve the kebabs hot with the creamy yoghurt sauce on the side, and enjoy!
