Ingredients

500 g fresh lamb steaks or 500 g lamb cutlets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons yoghurt
3 teaspoons dukkah
4 teaspoons mirin ( or dry or sweet sherry )
2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander or 2 teaspoons other herbs , finely chopped
1 lime , juice of
Lamb Exotikkah is a flavorful and exotic dish that combines the rich taste of lamb with the unique flavors of dukkah, mirin, and coriander. This recipe is perfect for a dinner party or a night in. Instructions

1.Wash the lamb steaks or cutlets and pat them dry with paper towels.
2.In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, yoghurt, and 2 teaspoons of the dukkah until well combined.
3.Rub the lamb with the yoghurt mixture, then let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4.Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
5.In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat and add the lamb. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until browned.
6.Transfer the lamb to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle the mirin over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining dukkah.
7.Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked to your liking.
8.In a small bowl, mix together the chopped coriander and lime juice. Serve the lamb immediately, garnished with the coriander-lime mixture.
