Ingredients

6 large lamb chops
1/4 cup ketchup
flour

Instructions

1.Sprinkle the lamb chops with salt and black pepper on both sides and coat with flour.

4.Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until tender.

6.Return lamb chops to skillet and spoon sauce over them.
7.Cover skillet and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until lamb chops are cooked through and sauce has thickened.
8.Serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables or salad.
