Instructions

3.Fold the wonton skin in half over the filling to create a triangle shape and pinch the edges together to seal the dumpling.
4.Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add half of the dumplings and cook for 3 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain the excess water. Repeat this process with the remaining dumplings.
5.Serve hot with soy sauce.
