500 g boneless skinless cod
4 lemons , juice of
salt
20 g ginger-garlic paste
2 teaspoons ajwain
1 teaspoon red chili paste
100 g besan
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
oil ( for frying )
1 teaspoon chat masala

Instructions

3.Coat the marinated fish well with the prepared spice mix and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
4.Heat oil for frying in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish and fry well until golden brown. Remember, do not overcrowd the pan while frying and cook fish in batches if needed.
5.Once done, take out the fried fish onto a plate/kitchen paper and sprinkle some chat masala over it before serving.
