3 medium onions , chopped
1 cup pine nuts

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add the dried yeast and warm water. Stir until the yeast has dissolved.
2.Add vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and two cups of flour to the mixing bowl. Mix with your hands until ingredients are well combined.
3.Add the remaining flour a little at a time, mixing with your hands until the mixture comes together to form a dough.
4.Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a clean, oiled bowl and cover it with a damp cloth.
5.Let the dough rest in a warm place for at least an hour until it doubles in size.
6.In a separate bowl, mix the ground beef and onions. Add salt, pepper, and cinnamon to taste. Stir well.
7.Preheat your oven to 450°F.
8.Divide the dough into 12 balls and roll each one out on a floured surface.
9.Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture over the dough.
10.Sprinkle with pine nuts. Repeat until all 12 pizzas are complete.
11.Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
