Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
2.In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup together over low heat, stirring frequently.
3.Remove from the heat and add the espresso powder, orange zest, orange juice concentrate, vanilla extract, and flour. Mix well.
4.Stir in the toasted ground hazelnuts and mix to combine everything.
5.Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with a fork or spatula.
6.Bake for approximately 10 – 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
7.Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
