Ingredients

4 salmon fillets , 1 inch thick
1 green onion , chopped
1 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon sherry wine
1 -2 tablespoon honey
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

3.Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
4.Rinse the salmon fillets, pat them dry, and place them in the baking dish, skin-side down.
5.Pour the cooled sauce over the salmon fillets, ensuring that they are fully coated.
6.Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes.
7.Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
