Ingredients

250 g egg yolks
150 g sugar
200 g labneh
500 g whipped sweet cream
30 g coffee
100 g sugar
250 ml water
30 g cocoa powder
as desired ladyfinger

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
2.Add labneh to the bowl and mix well with a spatula.
3.Add whipped sweet cream to the bowl and mix again.
4.Make a mixture of coffee, sugar, and water to smear the ladyfingers and layer it in the dish. Spoon the labneh mixture over it.
5.Repeat adding coffee-ladyfingers layer and labneh mixture alternatively. The final layer should be of the labneh mixture.
6.Cover with cling wrap and chill for 2-4 hours.
7.Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
