black pepper ( to taste )
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tomatoes , chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coriander , leaf chopped
1 tablespoon fresh Thai basil , chopped

Instructions

1.Boil the rice noodles in water for 5 minutes; drain and set aside.

3.Add the chopped chicken breasts and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.

6.Add the chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
7.Add the cooked rice noodles, coriander, and Thai basil. Stir well and cook for another minute. Serve hot.
