Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

3.Add chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, and bulgur, stir for 2 minutes.
4.Add boiling chicken stock or water and 1/2 teaspoon salt, stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
5.Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes.
6.Fluff the bulgur with a fork, and serve hot.
