Instructions

1.In a small bowl combine orange juice, cornstarch, orange peel, sugar, salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper, mix well and set aside.

4.Add garlic, ginger, edamame and baby corn ears; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
5.Add the cooked brown rice into the skillet and stir it with the mixture for about 2 minutes.
