2/3 teaspoon yeast , dry bakers
2/3 cup canned evaporated milk
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg , beaten
4 cups bread flour
2/3 lb feta cheese , mashed with a fork
1 egg , beaten

Instructions
