Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add melted butter and eggs. Beat until frothy.
2.Add in milk, matzo meal, cottage cheese, pecans, vanilla extract, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3.Heat a griddle or non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
4.Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.
