4 plum tomatoes , chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup Kraft roasted red pepper italian parmesan dressing , divided
1 cup chopped mushroom
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
1 lb ground beef
4 italian style hard rolls , split
Kraft Cheesy Mushroom Burgers are an incredible fusion of flavors and textures. With the addition of Kraft roasted red pepper italian parmesan dressing and shredded mozzarella cheese, these burgers take on a whole new level of deliciousness. Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium heat.
2.In a small bowl, mix together tomatoes, basil, and 2 tbsp of dressing.
3.In a pan, cook mushrooms in remaining dressing on medium heat until softened.
4.In a large bowl, mix cooked mushrooms and mozzarella cheese with ground beef.
5.Form mixture into 4 patties and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
6.Serve on buns topped with tomato mixture.
