4 -5 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons onions , finely chopped
1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs ( unseasoned )
3/4 - 1 1/4 cup milk , divided
2 cold boiled potatoes , mashed
8 ounces ground beef
8 ounces ground pork
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

1.Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat and let it cool.

3.In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, ground beef, ground pork, egg, salt, white pepper, allspice, and browned onions. Add the breadcrumb mixture to the meat mixture and mix well.
4.Gradually add the remaining milk to the meat mixture until it becomes soft.
5.Melt the remaining butter in a skillet and shape the meat mixture into small balls. Fry the meatballs in the skillet until they are browned and cooked through.
