2 cups long-grain rice
3 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
3 cardamom pods
1/2 teaspoon whole cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon whole coriander seed
4 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
ground black pepper

Instructions
