300 g long grain rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package ground lean pork
1 package pepper , stir-fry mix
1 -2 tablespoon chili sauce , plus extra to drizzle
4 eggs
Korean-Style Rice Bowl is a popular Korean street food that has made its way into the kitchens of many households. Instructions

1.Rinse the rice and place it in a saucepan with 600 ml of water, heat until boiling then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 18 minutes.
2.In the meantime, heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan over high heat, add the ground pork and stir-fry with a wooden spoon until browned, about 5 minutes.
3.Add the pepper stir-fry mix and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
4.Add chili sauce and stir-fry for another minute.
5.Fry the eggs in a separate pan sunny-side up or as desired.
6.Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top each bowl with the stir-fry and a fried egg. Drizzle extra chili sauce if you like.
