Ingredients

1 -2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 -4 green onions , finely chopped
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes , to taste
