2 tablespoons shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon salsa

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, Korean chile paste, soy sauce, white sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well.
2.In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken chunks and cook for about 3 minutes. Pour the garlic-chile mixture over the chicken.
3.Cook until the chicken is well coated and the sauce is heated through, about 2 minutes.
4.Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on the stove. Spread a teaspoon of butter on each tortilla(optional).
5.Top with cooked chicken, cilantro, kimchi, cheese, and salsa. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then tightly roll the bottom of the tortilla over the filling.
6.Cut in half and serve immediately.
