Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
2.In another bowl, mix together the milk, warm water, and white sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add the dry yeast and mix.
3.Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
4.Let stand for 10 minutes until the batter rises.
5.Mix cinnamon, crushed peanuts, and dark brown sugar together.Assembling the pancake:
6.Heat a non-stick pancake pan over medium heat.
7.Pour 1/4 of the batter onto the hot pan and swirl to spread evenly.
8.Drop 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top and cover with an additional 2 tablespoons of the batter.
9.Cook about 2 minutes until a few bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancake, then flip it over to cook for another minute or so on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter and sugar mixture.
