1/2 tablespoon korean hot pepper paste ( Gochujang )
1 zucchini , cubed
1 potato , peeled and cubed
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms , quartered
1 onion , chopped
1 package soft tofu , cubed

Instructions

1.In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
2.Add Korean fermented bean paste and stir well until it dissolves completely.
3.Add minced garlic, dashi granules, and Korean hot pepper paste. Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4.Add cubed zucchini, peeled and cubed potato, quartered fresh mushrooms, and chopped onion. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
5.Add cubed soft tofu and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
6.Serve hot with steamed rice.
