2 garlic cloves , minced

4 green onions , cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

5.In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the wok/skillet and stir to combine.
6.Add the chicken back to the wok/skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
7.Stir in the vinegar, sesame oil, peanuts, and green onions. Serve hot over rice.
