Instructions

1.Beat the eggs in a bowl until well mixed.
2.Mix in water and salt until well combined and frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
3.Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a heat-proof bowl.
4.Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and place it in a large pot.
5.Fill the pot with enough water to come up to about 1 inch below the bowl.
6.Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and steam the egg mixture for about 25-30 minutes until set.
7.Remove the bowl from the pot and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
8.Drizzle sesame oil over the steamed egg and top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
