12 ounces cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup white raisins
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, cinnamon and raisins until mixed completely.
2.Lightly whisk egg and add it to the mix. Mix again.
3.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
4.Grease a baking sheet.
5.On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
6.Cut the dough into 3-inch circles using a cookie cutter.
7.Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture onto the center of the circle.
8.Fold the dough in half pinching the edges.
9.Place them on the greased baking sheet and leave for 20 to 25 minutes.
10.Once baked golden brown, remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
