0.25 veal , medium ground

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Take a large mixing bowl and add 500 g of veal, 0.25 veal, and grated onions. Mix well.
2.Add baking soda, salt, and grated onions to the mixture. Stir rigorously.

5.Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the meatballs on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes while flipping the sides.
6.Remove the Kofte Inygol from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes. Serve with some dip and enjoy!
