Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
2.Cut bread into small cubes and place into a bowl of hot water to soak.
3.In another mixing bowl, add ground lamb, crushed garlic, chopped onion, cumin, fresh mint, salt, pepper, and pine nuts. Mix all ingredients well.
4.Squeeze the bread dry and add it to lamb mixture. Mix until well combined.
