600 grames lamb , grounded
1 onion , chopped
4 garlic cloves , chopped
4 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin
3 leaves , bay
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chili
1 teaspoon salt
1 dl yogurt
1 dl milk
Kofta Korma is a classic Indian dish that features small balls made from ground lamb, simmered in a spiced tomato and cream sauce. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the lamb, chopped onion, chopped garlic, flour, coriander, garam masala, cumin, pepper, paprika, and salt.
2.Form the mixture into small balls, about 2 cm in diameter.
3.Heat some oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
4.Place the lamb balls in the pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
5.Remove the lamb balls from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
6.In the same pan, add the chopped tomatoes, cumin, bay leaves, cinnamon, curry powder, chili, and salt. Stir well to combine.
7.Add the lamb balls back into the pan, along with the yogurt and milk. Stir gently to coat the lamb balls.
8.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the lamb balls are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
9.Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
