Ingredients

1 lb extra lean minced lamb
1 small onion , finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh mint , chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary , chopped
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 flour tortillas
200 g low fat greek yoghurt
2 red chilies , seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander , chopped
1 garlic clove , crushed
1 pinch caster sugar

This recipe puts a spicy twist on the traditional dish by adding chillies to the yoghurt sauce, giving it a bit of a kick. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2.Mix together the minced lamb, onion, mint, parsley, rosemary, mixed spice, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
3.Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and shape each part into a long sausage shape.
4.Place the kebabs onto the lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
5.In a separate bowl, mix together the greek yoghurt, chopped chillies, fresh coriander, garlic, and sugar to create the chilli yoghurt dip.
6.Serve the kebabs hot with the chilli yoghurt dip and flour tortillas on the side.
