3 green onions , chopped ( white part only )
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lb ground beef , high quality ( such as Kobe )
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3 green onions , chopped , green part only
12 hawaiian rolls , sliced in half
12 slices triple-cream brie cheese ( sliced very thin )

Instructions

1.Combine the soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, ginger, and white part of the green onions to prepare a marinade.
2.Add the high-quality ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, curry powder, cumin, and green part of the green onions to the marinade mixing well.
3.Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to be well mixed.
4.Preheat the grill to high heat.
5.Form the meat mixture into small patties and grill them to your liking (about 3 minutes per side).
6.Meanwhile, slice the Hawaiian rolls and toast them on the grill.
7.Spread the mayo on the bottom part of each roll.
8.Place the cooked meat patties on top of the mayo on the bottom roll half.
9.Add a thin slice of triple-cream brie cheese to each top roll half.
10.Place the top roll half on the meat patties gently.
11.Serve hot and enjoy!
