Ingredients

1 lb husked tomatillo
1 large garlic clove , peeled
1 yellow onion , coarsely chopped
1 cube knorr chicken flavor instant bouillon
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 serrano chilies , without stems ( or to taste )
Knorr Salsa Verde is a traditional Mexican sauce that is commonly used as a dip or sauce for tacos, enchiladas, and grilled meats. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Lightly grease a baking sheet.
3.Chop the tomatillos, garlic, and onion into small pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
4.Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are lightly charred.
5.Meanwhile, dissolve the Knorr chicken flavor instant bouillon cube in 1/2 cup of hot water. Set aside.
6.Remove the vegetables from the oven and let cool.
7.In a blender, combine the roasted vegetables, bouillon broth, cilantro, and serrano chilies. Pulse until the salsa has a chunky consistency.
8.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
