Ingredients

1 1/2 kg lamb , in chunks
3 bay leaves
oregano
little olive oil
salt and pepper ( freshly ground pepper is nicer )
approx 2 glasses water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200 C (180 C fan)/ Gas 6.
2.Cut lamb or beef into chunks and place in a large baking dish. Add bay leaves, oregano and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on top.
3.Pour 2 glasses of water over the meat and cover the baking dish with foil. Bake for 3 hours or till the meat is tender.
4.Serve and enjoy!
