Ingredients

1 package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 package cream cheese , softened
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup apricot jam
3 kiwi fruits , pared and sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place them on a baking sheet.
3.In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, and almond extract. Beat until well combined.
4.Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the center of each triangle.
5.Arrange the sliced kiwi fruits on top of the cream cheese mixture.
6.Fold the edges of the triangles towards the center, forming a Danish.
7.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Once it's done, melt the apricot jam in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Brush the melted jam over the top of the Danish while it's still warm.
9.Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
