Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2.In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs and caster sugar together until well combined.
3.Sift flour and baking powder, add milk, and mix to form a smooth batter.
4.Pour melted butter and vanilla essence and mix the batter well.
5.Pour the prepared batter into a greased baking pan of 25 cm and bake for 20 to 25 min.
6.Cool the cake before removing it from the pan.
7.Dissolve gelatin in water and allow it to cool.
8.Beat 3 extra large eggs and 250 ml sugar until the mixture is sugar dissolved and fluffy.
9.Gradually add milk, then cottage cheese, and vanilla essence until well combined.
10.Stir in the dissolved gelatin, mix well, and set aside.
11.Beat fresh cream to stiff peaks and fold into the prepared cheese mixture.
12.Pour the mixture onto the cooled cake and refrigerate for 4 hours or until the top is firm.
13.Decorate the top with sliced kiwi fruit in any desired pattern.
