6 kiwi fruits , chopped ( or pureed )
1 3/4 cups cooked rice

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, garlic, olive oil, curry powder, jalapeno pepper, cumin, and honey and set aside.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine purple onion and kiwi.
3.Pour the lime juice mixture over the kiwi and onion and mix well to coat them evenly. Add cooked rice to the mixture and blend well.
4.Spread cream cheese on a tortilla and spoon the kiwi and rice mixture on it.
5.Roll the tortilla tightly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
