1 pinch dried oregano ( rubbed between fingers to release the flavors )
1 small onion , finely chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped pitted green olives
2 eggs , slightly beaten
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

5.Serve hot with rice or your favorite side dish.
