Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, heat the chicken broth and keep hot over low heat.
2.In another large heavy saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat.
3.Add in the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes or until softened.
4.Add in the arborio rice and stir for 2 minutes, ensuring each grain is coated with the butter.
5.Slowly add 1 cup of the hot chicken broth to the rice, stirring constantly until the broth is completely absorbed before adding in the next cup.
