Ingredients

2 teaspoons powdered meat tenderizer ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, fresh minced garlic, black pepper, ginger powder, liquid honey, Worcestershire sauce, and powdered meat tenderizer.
2.Add beef or pork to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
