3 lbs meat , shredded , chicken or 3 lbs pork
1 cup cheese , shredded
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup onion , chopped
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
20 tortillas , corn

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded meat, cheese, salsa, chopped onion, garlic powder and onion powder.
3.Mix until well combined.
4.Take one of the tortillas and place a heaping tablespoon of the filling onto one end.
5.Roll the tortilla up tightly, making sure all the filling stays inside.
6.Place the taquito seam side down onto a baking sheet.
7.Repeat until all the filling has been used.
8.Bake 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden in color.
