Kit Kat's Frittata is a simple, rustic dish that's perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch. The recipe is flexible, so you can add other ingredients like mushrooms, bell peppers, or sausage to customize it to your taste. This frittata is an excellent way to use up leftover ingredients and turn them into a satisfying meal. The dish gets its name from the famous candy bar, which pairs surprisingly well with potatoes and eggs. The frittata has a creamy texture, savory flavor, and is perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. Serve it with some toast, avocado, or fruit for a well-rounded meal.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2.Peel potatoes and slice them into thin circles. Place them in a large bowl of cold water and set aside.
3.Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and dried herbs to taste. Stir well and set aside.
4.Peel and chop garlic and onion. Grease a skillet and heat it over a medium heat. Fry garlic and onion until they become soft. Add sliced potatoes to the skillet, mix ingredients together and fry until potatoes become soft (about 25 minutes in total).
5.Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes, sprinkle some grated cheese on top, and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is firm, puffy, and golden-brown.
6.Take the skillet out of the oven, slice the frittata into serving pieces, and enjoy!
