Traditionally, it's made with beef and onions seasoned with paprika and other spices, often served with potatoes or dumplings. This recipe is a variant of the traditional recipe but still honors its origins while adding a modern twist. The name 'kinda-Sorta' comes from the slight deviation from the original recipe.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2.In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef stew meat over high heat, then add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

4.Pour the mixture over the beef and onions in the Dutch oven.
5.Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
6.In a small bowl, mix the flour with a little water to make a thick paste.
7.Add the paste to the goulash mixture and stir well. Cook for an additional 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
